Question:I try to place an order but it says 'There is client account for your email address.Login' But I don't remember my password

Answer: If you ordered before the website generates a password automatically and sends you an email (sometimes goes to spams) and sms confirmation which includes your login password to login next time faster.. please check your email with name of your shop for the last order you placed
or check your sms inbox for your password! or simply request to reset your password and then check your inbox and spam emails for reminder login details

Question:I have selected to pay by card but closed the payment page by mistake, what should I do?

Answer: Your shop has been received your order as payment pending, please DO NOT order again, simply call your shop and let them know you would like to pay over the phone or cash on delivery/ collection instead;
Unfortunately payment page can only be viewed once after placing order.

Question:I have selected to pay by card but I wasn't directed to payment page, I waited more than couple minutes, what should I do?

Answer:This problem occurs occasionally due to slow internet connection or if payment server (stripe) is too busy, Your shop has been received your order as payment pending, please DO NOT order again, simply call your shop and let them know you would like to pay over the phone or cash on delivery/ collection instead

Question:I have placed my ordered but haven't received sms confirmation, why ?

Answer:It takes around 7 minutes to send sms confirmation if all details entered correctly! Our system only send sms confirmation to UK mobile numbers start with "07", there is a chance you have entered your phone number one digit missing or used your landline number; Alternatively please check your email / spam box instead and select it is not spam for next emails to come to your inbox.
